Debugger won't stop at breakpoints

I have eclipe 3.1.2 installed with EPIC 0.3.12, most works but have trouble
sometimes setting Breakpoints.  I select where to add breakpoint and after
I run program I get  in the Breakpoints window.  How can
I sync up my editor with the debugger?  (If this is it?)  Thanks!!!
