EPIC with a remote Perl installation (no CGI)

Hi all and thank you for E-P-I-C pluggin.

I want to use E-P-I-C plugin with a remote Perl installation. My goal isn't
to code CGI just simple Perl program that runs on command line (C:\Perl\bin\perl.exe
-IC:\mod\ C:\exec\test.pl)

I have no Perl interpreter installed on my computer, only eclipse and EPIC.
I want to use a server that have a correct perl installation (with good
perlmodules). 

Can I do this with EPIC and How ?
