java.lang.ClassNotFoundException

Hi
I just updated my ubuntu to the newest version and since then i can't use
EPIC anymore in eclipse, I always get an java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
org.eclipse.core.runtime.Plugin followed by a long list of classes where
the exception was thrown. I'm using the newest eclipse sdk and tried both
stable and testing version of EPIC. Any clues, anybody got the same problem?
