Mac OS X 10.4.2 Debugger problem Eclipse 3.1

Hi folks, 

Here are the symptoms

Create a Perl project add a file write some code. Add some breakpoints.
Hit Run -> Debug ... Add a new config select current project and file hit
debug.

There comes the "An internal error occured during: Initialize Debug View"
with detail button greyed out.

After than the step into step over buttons are not clickable. But there's
more. Hitting the show breakpoints supported by the target button filters
out breakpoints
 and only resume button is active.

Any ideas ?

PS: Using 0.3.0 downloaded from SF
