Refactoring: Renaming Packages/Files

Hi,

Java-Refactoring includes the possibility to rename Classes and their Respective
.java-Files. This includes renaming fully qualified Java-Class-Names in
non-Java (mostly XML) files.

Would it be possible to add this feature to EPIC. I think it could be done
without any Perl parser at all, basically a simple s/$old_package_name/$new_package_name/.
It would be perfect at all, but good enough for most package names.
