updating changelog

I update the Changelog in the testing branch (HEAD), after I fix a bug (after
merging code from 'stable') or when I implement a feature described here
on sf.net.

The Changelog file in the 'stable' branch should be probably deleted. Unless
you have a better idea, that is...
