Could not start debug process

Problem: Could not start Debug Process.

Eclipse:     eclipse-SDK-3.2.2-win32.zip
Epic:        org.epic.updatesite_0.4.0_20060804.zip
ActivePerl:  ActivePerl-5.8.8.820-MSWin32-x86-274739.msi
JDK:         jdk-6-windows-i586.exe
OS:          Windows XP Pro SP2

Eclipse | Preferences | Perl EPIC | Perl executable "C:\Perl\bin\wperl.exe"

When I run the program, I get the following error:

Could not start Debug Process!
Failed to execute command line: "C:\Perl\bin\wperl.exe" "file:D:\Eclipse3.2.2\ThirdPartyPlugins\EPIC\org.epic.updatesite\eclipse\plugins\org.epic.debug_0.4.0.jar!/get_env.pl"

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

1. Install a recent version of EPIC, preferably 0.5.30.
2. Use perl.exe, not wperl.exe as your interpreter.
