Converting an existing project

I am running eclipse 3.1 and just added the epic plugin. I have a project
which is web based and has java in it, but I also need to have some perl
code in it. So, I want to "add the Perl Nature" to the existing project,
as shown on page 13 of the documentation. I do not see that menu, however.
Must be some other way to do it. The documentation was surely based on some
earlier version of eclipse.

Based on what I see, the option is present in the "Resource" perspective,
not in the "Java" perspective.
