Should we make this forum a mailing list?

list is required. monitoring this forum achieves the same result.

although - if it meant i could respond to messages through email instead
through the forum interface, i might consider voting for it.

I think that a forum is more accessible to newcomers than a mailing list.

The ideal solution would be a forum accessible through the mail client as
well, but this seems impossible with SF.
