Hello I just installed the newest version of eclipse, epic and activperl. Unfortunately within a perlfile I cannot use control+shift+H. Also the quickreference does not work. What is wrong with my installation. Thanks' for any help Pedro

Check that the program 'perldoc' is in your PATH. I'm not sure what you mean by 'quickreference'.

Thanks'for your answer but this is not the case. I installed my ActivePerl distribution below "C:\Perl" and "C:\Perl\bin" is in my path variable. There exists a perldoc.bat in "C:\Perl\bin" which works on the command line. Quick reference is a term used in the "EPIC User's Guide" (page 21). You do not need have perldoc installed in order to get some information about keywords. You can select a keyword, move the cursor over the selection and should get a tooltip. Pedro
