PadWalk for ActiveState Perl 5.10.0

Hello,

try to install EPIC on WinXP, but can´t find the PadWalk CPAN module for
ActiveState Perl 5.10.0 anywhere - especially not in the ActiveState repositories.
Can please anyone compile Padwalk and post the binary somewhere?
