Turning off syntax checking

Hallo,

I'm using epic for several months on eclipse 3 now. My problem is the plugin's
speed. It causes my system to hang sometimes and it takes me very long to
be able to write code when i put my courser on a new position. Is there
any possibility to turn off the "validating source" completely. I think
that that's the problem on my system. I switched it to 3000ms so I have
a little hanging every 3 seconds...

the option to switch off source validation will be available in the next
version.
It's already available in CVS.
